We are delighted to continue the tradition, initiated by Levon Chilingirian, of inviting some of the judges at the Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition to perform a chamber recital in front of an audience where, as Levon has it, “they have to put their money where their mouth is.” This year, four of the Competition’s judges have been persuaded by the Festival’s Artistic Director, Jeremy Summerly, to take their turn in classical music’s equivalent of a jungle trial where they will be joined by Xu Peng, Overall Winner of the 2024 Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition.
The concert will last one hour without an interval.
